Chicken Schnitzels

- 4 chicken breast tenderloins
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 T butter
- 2 T oil
Instructions

Pound chicken breasts to flatten them slightly.

Season with salt and pepper and dust with flour.

Heat butter and oil together in a large skillet. Quickly dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg before placing them in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
