Bean Mushroom Medley

- 8 oz green beans; or 1 pint canned
- 2 carrots; or 1 pint canned
- 1/2 c onion; sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms; sliced
- 1/4 c butter or bacon grease
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions

If using fresh beans and carrots, steam them for 4-5 minutes.

Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in butter over medium heat until almost tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in beans, carrots, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
