Ingredients
- 6 oz beef tenderloin fillet; 6 oz per person
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 T butter divided
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 c dry red wine or beef broth
- 2 T minced fresh parsley
Instructions

Season fillets with salt and pepper. Heat 1T butter and oil over medium-high heat. Cook fillets 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.

In the same skillet, saute onion and garlic in the remaining butter for 1 minute. Add wine; cook and stir 1 minute. Add parsley. Drizzle over the steaks.
