Ingredients

  • 3 c flour
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 3/4 c hot water
  • 1 T yeast
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg

Roll out dough, about 1/2 inch thick. Spread on about 1/4 c softened butter, and then cover with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and seal edges. Cut into 12 pieces with dental floss.

3

Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with cream and brown sugar. Warm over burner or in oven until the sugar melts. Arrange the rolls in the pan and allow them to rise for 30 minutes.

4

Bake at 375 degrees for 27 minutes.

5

Remove from pan immediately by inverting onto a cooling rack.
