Tuna White Sauce

- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 2/3 c milk
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 c peas
- bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.

Add milk; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

Add peas and tuna; boil and stir one minute.
